CMB: 88.1 WorshipOne Launches in St. Louis
Before this was a radio launch, it was an answer to something God was already doing in St. Louis. This week, Christian Music Broadcasters covered the story: 88.1 FM is now home to WorshipOne — all worship, all over our city, 24/7.
Joining What God Was Already Doing
WorshipOne is us joining a movement that was already happening. As Sandi Brown, President of Gateway Media Group, put it in the CMB piece: there's an undeniable move of God happening across the country and right here in St. Louis — Bible purchases rising, baptisms happening on college campuses, church attendance climbing, with Gen Z leading the way. And the soundtrack to that movement is worship.
God opened the door. We're just grateful to walk through it.
A Place to Encounter God's Presence
WorshipOne is a place for St. Louis to encounter God's presence and power every day — a place to worship freely, build community, and change the atmosphere in our city. It's an invitation: push out the noise, go deeper with Jesus, and lift Him up together, wherever you are — in your car, at your desk, around the house.
Depth over hype. Presence over performance. That's the heart behind every hour on 88.1.
Part of a Bigger Story
WorshipOne is the latest outreach in a story St. Louis has been part of for a while now. 99.1 JOY FM has served this city for 25 years with music, encouragement, and hope. In 2014, JOY FM launched BOOST Radio — "Hip Hop. Built Different." — now heard in 15 states. And now, WorshipOne joins them, giving voices all across our city one more way to lift up Jesus together.
None of this is about growing a station. It's about a city getting more ways to worship freely and go deeper with Jesus — and we get to be part of building that.
